1. Monthly legal case report: Responsible for case information collecting (with supporting documents) from each China legal entities, and initial monthly legal report drafting; 2. Contract review: Daily contract review for various China legal entities as needed; 3. Legal internal audit: Fully responsible for IA process of 100% owned company; responsible for JV’s on-site document collecting/review and interview, and initial IA report drafting; 4. Seal Management: Responsible for approval process of Legal Rep. for various China legal entities; the seals keeping and use record tracking; 5. Legal documents management: Responsible for the filing and delivery of legal documents (contracts, resolutions, meeting minutes, etc.) as needed; 6. Laws and regulations updating: Internal updating and briefing on China laws and regulations as needed; 7. Coordinate HQ/support other functions: Coordinate oversea headquarters or other business divisions as needed; support M&A projects and HR topics in China regions. Other tasks assigned by direct superior. Key Qualifications: Education 61 Bachelor +, or equivalent in law or relevant major. Work experience 61 At least 3-year experience in-house legal specialist/assistant; 61 Legal firm working experience, internal audit experience, or passed the National Judicial Examination plus. Others 61 Careful and faithful; strong communication and team skill; 61 Strong logic and analytic thinking process and presentation; 61 Be able to handle business travels for the purpose of internal audit or China legal entities’ other on-site support (if needed).
