Job Description: 1. Aligns corporate strategies with regional sales Develops regional market intelligence for key industries and markets (new and existing) 2. Develops industry “playbooks” to support priority market sales execution 3. Provides operational support of distribution within region, including assisting in the development of channel strategies, incentives and developing relationships to further Timken business 4. Develops regional inventory positions in support of key growth tactics 5. Develops and supports commercial launch strategies for new product launches within region. 6. Development and management of promotional programs to create excitement, seed inventory profiles and assist field sales with value proposition execution. 7. Tests value proposition of strategic marketing with sales and customers through joint calls to determine value vs. price advantages. 8. Promotes the use of and leverages the data in the installed base database 9. Input and marketing direction for regional slow moving inventory and OSMI process 10. Aligns the annual sales visit planning process in CRM with key market priority input 11. Create project plans
