Responsibilities:
Define, organize and conduct the activities and tasks around the component’s specification, design and validation.
Design and develop automotive piping systems, create 3D models and 2D drawings for AC/Coolant piping systems based on vehicle layout and performance requirements.
Apply thermal management principles to design and optimize thermal loops (e.g., battery cooling, motor cooling, HVAC systems).
Animate and monitor the development plan of the system.
Develop test plans, monitor testing processes, analyze data, and ensure compliance with performance targets.
Collaborate with the thermal management team to integrate thermal loops with vehicle systems.
Work with procurement, manufacturing, quality, and thermal management teams to ensure design manufacturability and maintainability.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure component compliance with design specifications.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in automotive piping system design and development.
Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA, UG…), Strong modeling and analytical skills
Good experiences in thermal system fluid pipe Development, Production process, Engineering Quality management.
English can be as the working language
Resilient under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skill and teamwork
