b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
84 At least 1 year of Experience in car OEMs, system suppliers, or relative vehicle Design Company;
84 至少1年汽车主机厂，系统供应商或相关设计公司的工作经验。
84 Bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronic, vehicle engineering;
84 电气工程,自动化，机电一体化，车辆工程等相关专业本科或硕士。
84 English, in speech and writing;
84 良好的英语听说读写能力。

84 Lead wire harness development and ensure the project meet the multi-requirements among quality, cost and time line

84 Responsible of creating and voting for change requests

84 Responsible of checking AEMs and make signatures to perform a good design quality

84 Samples tracking provided by the Supplier, checking the improvement and the quality agreed.

84 Build up a good local supplier network.

84 Necessary Knowledge of procedures, processes and infrastructure required to fulfill the project targets；
