Responsibilities : 1.Achieve sales goals in assigned territory: — Utilize professional knowledge of market in purposing sales goals and targets according to management's direction and guideline. — Identify product sales opportunities and exploit business growth potential in line with MDS medical business strategy. 2. Orientation of KA business development: — Build strategic business partners with medical key account partners ( medical manufactures ) with good management system and schemes. — Secure new business opportunities within current key accounts and work to develop new key accounts, creating proper proposals based on their needs. 3. Distributor channels management: — Establish strong business relationship with the dealers' channel partners and improve channel coverage for potential market in assigned territory. — Identify new business opportunities and work with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions. — Implement channel sales policies and mentor distributors by way of joint calls, on-boarding practices and strategic selling techniques. — Increase the efficiency of the regional distribution channels, Coordinate the sales activities of the different distributors. 4.Others: — Provide an accurate rolling sales forecast based on detailed analysis and predication of market demand. — Involve in tender project, contract negotiation, product installation or delivery, and post-sale services, AR . — Observe market, customers, and competitions with timely communicate with supervisor on the valuable market information with facts and own analysis. — Partner with clinical consultants, sales engineers, solutions architects, corporate and strategic accounts, and product management to offer customers comprehensive end-to-end solutions. — Participate medical academic seminars and promotional activities, enhancing company brand by actively conveying product information.
