The IT Application Manager plays a critical role in leading and overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of an organization's IT applications (not including PLM related), like SAP, CRM and other surrounding applications. This position is responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring the seamless operation of all IT applications necessary for the organization's business operation. The primary purpose of the IT Application Manager is to ensure that the company's technological resources are effectively utilized to support business operations, enhance productivity, and achieve strategic goals.

61 Consultant responsible for the implementation/rollout of the SAP project and supply chain related solution to the assigned entities.
61 Participate as a hands-on consultant in end- to- end SAP project and further development.
61 Work closely with key end- users and IT fellows to define and decide solutions according to business requirement.
61 Collaborate with end-users to design and implement new features for system enhancement.
61 Assist IT Service owner to monitor and governs SAP and relevant supply chain application solutions.
61 Work in SAP and ABAP support environment
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
61 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant disciplines. A Master's degree is preferred.
61 8+ years of experience in IT Application management, including hands-on experience with SAP project management, system replacement, application services management, etc.
61 At least 3-5 years of experience in a hands-on leadership or management role, responsible for leading a team of IT SAP professionals.
61 Proven track record of successfully managing at least 2 complex SAP plus other IT Application projects from inception to completion.
61 Prefer to have 3-5 years solid SAP project management experience in Part B.
61 General knowledge of SCM in discrete manufacturing industry.
61 Hands on experience in two of the SAP modules (ECC or S/4 HANA) – APO, SD, FICO, PP, MM or IBP. Expert of one or two modules foresaid.
61 Knowledge in business processes for the area of responsibility, like Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Procurement, Quality Control and Warehouse Process is a plus.
61 General knowledge of technology and related implementation methodologies which support the provision of application services for the area of responsibility.
61 Requisite knowledge and excellent communication skills to work with the head of IT China and the Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Manufacturing and HR business teams in supporting planning, budgeting, prioritization, and alignment on the overall area of responsibility.
61 Project management knowledge / experience.
