Position Description: We are seeking talented recent graduates for our company's talent reserve program. During a 12-month rotational training across departments, you'll gain comprehensive knowledge of our operational processes and develop hands-on experience in multiple areas. Based on your demonstrated abilities and organizational needs, you'll then be placed in a core department such as business operations.
Core Responsibilities: Job Rotation Stage (0-12 months): Complete assigned tasks while rotating between two core departments Participate in cross-departmental projects to improve business processes Submit regular learning reports and suggestions for improvement
Post-Rotation Stage (after 12 months): Take on specific role responsibilities based on performance assessment (such as operations assistant)
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree and above from 2022–2025 regular enrollment, any major or university (international study experience preferred) Strong mathematical and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel Excellent communication and learning abilities Fluent in English Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with cross-cultural communication abilities Self-motivated with a research-oriented mindset Ability to handle work pressure and travel requirements Strong learning ability and willingness to gain experience in entry-level positions
