What You’ll Do
61 Ensure all our product meet Regulation & Amazon & Protocol testing requirement.
61 Support Leadership on various product testing and compliance initiatives.
61 Oversee QA coordinator to ensure they are trained and follow processes and procedures.
61 Responsible to set and make QA Coordinator OKR & KPI and reviewed it twice a year.
61 Responsible to monitor QA Coordinator daily job and review performance regularly with Leadership.
61 Work with cross-functional team to communicate Failed/Pending testing and provide recommendations for next steps.
61 Ensure our developed product has testing protocol and communicate testing requirements to sourcing team and vendors
61 Review development samples, issue sample evaluation report and follow up on improvements
61 Review and obtain approval of Third-Party product-testing invoices; submit for payment in a timely manner.
61 Responsible for ensuring testing sample status, lead times, and quotations are received and on time.
61 Work with Management to approve various artwork (Instruction manual, insert, color box etc) & Lables ( UPC, law label, wash care, fiber content labels)
61 Ensure various compliance certifications (OEKO certificates, broken needle etc) are received and various trackers & Monday COM task maintained and updated.
61 Ensure GCC documents are created, saved, and provided to Logistics teams.
61 Other projects and functions as assigned by QA Leaders

Skills & Qualifications
61 Excellent English oral and written skills necessary
61 Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service approach
61 Experience in consumer goods and product quality preferred
61 The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment and is energized by constant change.
61 Excellent data & analytical skills and a strong detail focus
61 Exceptional organizational and time management skills; must have an ability to manage deadlines as needed.
61 Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word are necessary with a more advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
61 Ability to work in web-based, data-management, workflow, and communication platforms like Monday COM is a plus.
61 Bachelor’s degree a plus
