Position Summary:
This position is responsible for GMA knowledge management incl. research, prepares and maintains regulatory guideline and compliances procedure in various product types targeted in GCN. The individual is familiar with changes in regulatory legislation and relates these changes to GCN GMA in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Act and perform according to the Quality Policy; (5%)
2. Research for up-to-date regulatory country information to updating team and client in timely manner; (30 %)
3. Research for effective GCN GMA solution on updated compliances regulation; (10%)
4. Implementation and ongoing management of digitalization process for Knowledge Management (20%)
5. Support on GMA research activities according to needs on business development; (10%)
6. Coordinate to create and ongoing maintain for country approval factsheets, internal compliance procedure and presentation material (5%)
7. Assists GMA Manager on new business development activities; (5%)
8. Performs other duties as assigned by the department manager; (10%)
9. Motivation to continually learn and take on added responsibilities and challenges while maintain a positive attitude. (5%)

Job Requirements:
1. Diplomas Degrees or above;
2. At least 3 year GMA experience, experience in certification field is preferred;
3. Experience of explore GMA market solution is preferred;
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills;
5. Customer-oriented and able to work independently;
6. Self-motivated, determined working ethos and have a mind-set of team work;
7. Fluent in written and oral English & Chinese.
