Share the information with supervisor and provide process improvement support and proposal 与主管共享信息,提供流程改进支持和建议 7. Document management include order, contract and related files 管理文件包括订单、合同和相关文件 8. Expert to use operation system and other working software to provide necessary analysis report 善于使用操作系统和其他工作软件,提供必要的分析报告 9. Record, analyze, report and manage accordingly with systems and necessity 记录、分析、报告并根据系统和需要进行管理 10. Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行 11. Other work assigned by superior and company 上级领导及公司分派的其他工作
岗位要求:
1. College degree or above 大专或以上学历 2. At least 2 years relevant working experience 至少2年以上相关工作经验 3. Good interpersonal and presentation skills 良好的人际关系和表达技巧 4. Assertive and energetic, able to work under pressure 自信、精力充沛,能够在压力下工作 5. Computer competence with skillful MS Office and SAP/U8/ERP system usage 具有计算机能力,能熟练使用MS Office和SAP/U8/ERP系统 6. Proficiency in sales data analysis and Power BI skills are preferred. 熟练掌握销售数据分析,并且有Power BI技能,优先考虑 7. Basic English language required 要求有基本的英语水平 8. Good mental and physical conditions 良好的身心健康状况
