Key Responsibilities: * End-to-End Planning: - Develop and maintain comprehensive production plans that align with customer demand, inventory levels, and production capacity. - Monitor and adjust plans in real-time to respond to changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, and other unforeseen events. * Digital Transformation: - Utilize digital tools and technologies to improve planning accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness. - Implement and optimize digital solutions for demand forecasting, inventory management, and production scheduling. * Performance Metrics: - Track and analyze key performance indicators such as OTD, ITO, and inventory turnover. - Identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable plans to enhance performance. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on planning objectives and strategies. - Communicate planning status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. * Continuous Improvement: - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in planning and digital transformation. - Lead initiatives to improve planning processes, tools, and systems.
