1. Technical support for all products 1/ Potential risk assessment at beginning stage of new project, communicate with overseas team/project manager/ suppliers, to discuss the prevention action. 2/ Push and follow up supplier to prepare the technical drawings /specification files, check it in China then communicate with overseas team for final approvement. 3/ Push and follow up supplier to make the standard samples /defect range board /color range board, check against CHECK LIST in China and issue report, then send samples to overseas for final approvement. 4/ Regarding the quality issue found during samples making stage, inform overseas team timely, communicate with suppliers to find out solution and follow up result of improvement
2. Quality control for the mass products 1/ Set up production standard, write filling /packaging work instruction, offer manufacture guidance about filling &packaging
2/ Monitor the production status, visit factory or arrange the during-production inspection, to check if all quality standards are met or quality issues have been solved, also check if any new quality issue happen during production. 3/ Do finished product quality check, issue report and send to overseas team.
3. Audit 1/ Arrange new supplier auditing and existing supplier routine auditing according to the local regulation/ GMP/ other customs specific requirements, manage follow up deviation / CAPA and maintain all auditing document 2/ Provide the training of COP/GMP- regulation related requirements to suppliers
4. Deal with Customer Complaint issue, investigate the issue, test and track, find out the solution
