现场培训与指导 / On-Site Training & Coaching:
在丝芙兰门店为美容顾问提供面对面的产品培训和销售技巧指导。
确保美容顾问能够准确传达品牌故事、产品特点和销售话术。
Provide face-to-face product training and sales technique coaching to beauty advisors in Sephora
stores.
Ensure beauty advisors can accurately convey brand stories, product features, and sales pitches.
销售支持 / Sales Support:
协助提升丝芙兰门店的销售业绩，通过现场指导和激励团队实现销售目标。
分析销售数据，识别改进机会并提供针对性支持。
Assist in boosting sales performance in Sephora stores by providing on-site coaching and
motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
Analyze sales data, identify improvement opportunities, and provide targeted support.
品牌形象维护 / Brand Image Maintenance:
确保丝芙兰门店的品牌陈列、产品展示和客户体验符合品牌标准。
定期检查门店执行情况，并提供改进建议。
Ensure that brand displays, product presentations, and customer experiences in Sephora stores
meet brand standards.
Regularly inspect store execution and provide improvement recommendations.
活动支持 / Event Support:
支持丝芙兰门店的品牌活动和新品发布，确保活动顺利执行并达到预期效果。
为美容顾问提供活动前的培训和活动中的实时支持。
Support brand events and product launches in Sephora stores, ensuring smooth execution and
desired outcomes.
Provide pre-event training and real-time support to beauty advisors during events.
反馈与沟通 / Feedback & Communication:
收集丝芙兰门店的反馈，了解美容顾问和客户的需求，并向总部汇报。
与品牌总部和丝芙兰区域团队保持紧密沟通，确保信息一致性和执行力。
Collect feedback from Sephora stores to understand the needs of beauty advisors and customers,
and report to headquarters.
Maintain close communication with brand headquarters and Sephora regional teams to ensure
alignment and execution.
技能与岗位要求 Skills and Qualifications
大专及以上学历，3-5年及以上相关工作经验,
College degree or above, at least 3-5 year related experience
良好的办公软件应用能力
Proficient in MS Office, including Words, Excel…,etc
良好的沟通能力及人际关系处理能力
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
高度的责任心和积极主动的工作态度
High sense of responsibility, proactive and mature
