岗位职责:
- 参与建立现场仪表检修技术档案，确保仪表的维护检修工作处于受控状态。
Participate in establishment of field instrument maintenance and repair technical files, ensure instrument maintenance and repair work to be under control.
- 认真履行岗位职责，根据维护管理SAP系统生成检修工单和装置签发的作业许可证对现场仪表设备进行检修维护，及时消除仪表故障。
Seriously fulfil job responsibilities, carry out maintenance and repair of field instrument according to maintenance work order generated by maintenance management SAP system and PTW issued by plant, to timely eliminate the instrument failure.
- 在安装施工和生产准备阶段，积极参与现场仪表设备的安装、调试、投用，确保装置顺利开车投产。
At the stages of installation construction and production preparation, actively participate in installation, debugging, commissioning of field instrument equipment to ensure the plant to start up smoothly.
- 参加仪表故障的分析讨论，总结经验教训，提出改进仪表维护检修工作的建议。
Participate in analysis and discussion of instrument failures, summarize lessons learned, raise recommendations to improve instrument maintenance and repair.
- 在实际工作中不断改进工作方法，提升工作效率，确保检修工作能够在质量、安全等方面达到工艺运行的要求。
Continuously improve work methods and increase work efficiency in the practical work, to ensure maintenance work to meet requirements of process operation in quality, safety, etc.
- 在参加具体检修工作的同时，积极参加相关的技术培训，提高正确判断和解决仪表常见故障的能力，做好计划性维修。
Participate in specific maintenance work, meanwhile actively participate in related technical training, to increase the ability to correctly judge and solve common instrument failures, and complete planned maintenance.
- 在装置检修中，严格执行仪表检修方案，落实安全防护措施，对工作进度合理统筹，努力降低检修物质消耗，充分发挥团队的力量，保质保量地完成工作任务。
In the plant overhaul, strictly implement instrument maintenance proposal, put safety protection measures in place, reasonably arrange work schedule as a whole, strive to reduce maintenance material consumption, give full play to the strength of the team, to complete the work with good quality and quantity.
- 协调团队工作，提高工作效率。
Coordinate team work, increase work efficiency.
- 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Timely finish other tasks assigned by superior manager.
任职要求:
- 大专及以上学历，仪表自动化相关专业。
College degree or above, with the major in automation instruments related.
- 无工作年限要求，有石油化工行业工作经验或仪表维护、检修工作经验或相关工作经验优先。
No requirement on work experience, having work experience in petrochemical industry or having work experience in instrument maintenance, repair or related work is preferred.
- 熟悉化工行业现场仪表的维护和检修方法，以及相关的行业标准和法规。
Be familiar with maintenance and repair methods for field instrument in chemical industry, and related industry standards and regulations.
- 具备良好的计划、协调、沟通、汇报、学习能力。
Good ability of planning, coordination, communication, reporting and learning.
- 熟练掌握计算机操作。
Skilled in computer operating.
