This role will see you working within a strong team in a busy and fast paced environment. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, processing customer orders, managing outbound sales and liaising with customers and our sales team.
Duties would include: * Managing inbound customer inquiries such as, but not limited to stock and price checks * Processing of customer orders into the ERP system, received via email / fax or phone * Conduct the monthly customer audit ensuring that the CRM system is up to date *Ensure Customer discounts are updated in accordance with company policy * Processing, investigate and reporting customer credits * Communicating information with the correct department to ensure the smooth running of operations within the Internal sales/Customer Service department. * Follow up sample deliveries to Retail stores, Specifiers and End Users * Ensuring all daily / weekly tasks are completed
Qualifications and experience * 3 years experience in an Internal Sales/Customer Service role * Min standard of intermediate Microsoft skills
