职位描述: 1.跟进客户订单,包括库存检查、订单确认、发货跟进、AR 声明、质量投诉等。 2.协调客户和海外总部之间的订单相关问题。 3. 根据客户的要求加快当地供应商的采购订单。 4.根据客户的滚动预测进行库存规划和管理。 要求: 1.大专学历,商科专业优先。 2.相关经验 3 年以上。了解紧固件产品者优先。 3.能够用英语进行书面和口头交流。 4.一般计算机技能(Outlook、Microsoft Office、ERP 系统等)。 5.随和、自我激励、反应迅速。 Job Descriptions: 1) Following up customer orders including stock checking, order confirmation, shipping follow up, AR statement, Quality Complaints, etc. 2) Coordinating between the customers and overseas head-office for order-related issues. 3) Expediting local vendors’ purchase orders according to the customers’ request. 4) Inventory planning and management according to customer’s rolling forecast. Requirements: 1) College degree, major in business is preferred. 2) Related Experience more than 3 years. Knowledge of fastener products is a plus. 3) Be able to communicate in English both written and oral. 4) General computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, etc.). 5) Easy going, self-motive, and fast-responding.
