Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in
mechanical engineering or mechatronics.

Experience: At least
2years of relevant job experience in Quality Assurance field.

Skills:1.Good knowledge
of quality tools 8D, Control plan, FMEA, MSA, 5 Why, etc.
2.Self-initiative, passionate and
have good communications skills for interfacing internally and externally.
3.Good written and spoken
English.4.Green belt or black belt of SIX SIGMA is preferred.

Job Responsibility:
1.Lead quality
improvement projects. Coordinate the resource of cross function team to drive
the problem solving.
2.Provide Quality
Engineering expertise to generate all quality deliverables for assigned new
products (and products transfer when requested) according to NPD/NPI procedures
and milestones.
3.Responsible for
process audit and product audit for trail run and mass production, recognize
quality risk in time and raise the flag, make action plan with the team
together and follow up the results.
4.Responsible for
quality related documents such as control plan, TQC, inspection WI etc.
5.Participate in
quality management system, such as ISO 9001, internal and external audit.
