● Achieve sales target from repetitive buying customers, take care of spare parts and field service business related to major service and regular preventive maintenance ● Keep and increase market share and customer coverage by more remote interactions, keep over 80% working hours in office ● Maintain business and relationships with SA customers and renew SA ● Maintain and utilize digital tools like service club for customer interactions and dig out leads to follow up ● Use installed base map to find customers and build customer relationship ● Working from leads to quotation to order to cash (except SSD job) ● Organize internal and external resource to support customers remotely or on site ● Closely working with field sales, service engineers, customer support team, E&S to take good carer of customers
Competencies, experience and attitudes to do the job:
● Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical and electrical integration is preferred ● 3+ years relevant experience in mechanical field, technical support and sales experience will be preferred, experience in working in food and water industries will be preferred ● Good knowledge of separator, decanter, food & water process is preferred ● Good commercial skill is essential ● Good PC skills, can read, write & speak in English ● Problem solving minded, date-driven, dynamic, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills ● Quick learner ● Willing to face challenge, working under pressure ● Team spirit, customer-oriented, cooperative
