Responsibilities:
1. Guarantee and facilitate the compliance with procurement requirement for suppliers in China of assigned product categories.
2. Work closely with key account manager and global procurement manager and project buyers to support the sourcing activities in China.
3. Tender Support: assist global procurement managers and project buyers to liaise with suppliers to execute RFQs, negotiate price, and witness agreement execution.
4. Conduct the supplier registration process in tendering tool.
5. During the contract execution stage, assist with production monitoring and ensure the on-time delivery.
6. Implement key category strategies, achieve cost reduction targets, identify and manage supply risk, and manage the outcome and relationships with strategic suppliers.
7. Conduct market research, including sourcing new suppliers, assessing, developing and monitoring supplier capabilities of the assigned product categories.
8. Conduct Tier 1 and Tier 2 Supplier audits and verify the closure including reviewing the effectiveness of non-conformance and following up opportunities for improvement.
9. Traveling support to Client team during their visit in China coordinating and informing progress and performance with Suppliers。
10. Other tasks as required by key account manager.



Qualifications:
61 Bachelor degree. Mechanical Engineering Background preferred.
61 Minimum 5 years sourcing experience in manufacturing industry, globe sourcing experience on metallic products preferred.
61 Familiar with fabrication process, such as machining, sheet metal and welding.
61 Has knowledge about commodity management, project management, quality management system, negotiation skill.
61 Market knowledge for relevant product categories is needed.
61 Excellent English communication skills (speaking and writing) to work with multidisciplinary teams.
61 Ability to solve problems and handle complex technical challenges on-site.
61 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
61 Self-learning ability.
61 Availability to travel as required.
61 Knowledge of payment terms and conditions.
