KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 74 Ensure that the Brand Center activation program comes to life each season in line with the product and brand stories – includes in-store communication, events, etc. 74 Create content relevant and in line to the adidas brand, local key city strategy and the Brand Center. 74 Drive the elements of community connectivity within the Key City store by networking with local Running, Training and Streetwear communities and establishing relationships with key consumers and influencers. 74 Organize and host events both in- and out-of store. 74 Be a knowledge expert on both the sports and streetwear scene and the adidas brand (past, present and future), and develop methods to share this knowledge with the other Brand Center staff. 74 Serve as a cultural/sports beacon within the Brand Center; this roll will not have a direct focus on selling product. 74 Engage and inspire the Brand Center staff, consumers and community on the adidas brand. 74 Work in close collaboration with brand marketing and sports marketing.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 74 Good copywriter using the target consumer’s tone of voice. 74 Social influencer and early adopter / native of social media. 74 Part of the city07s sports community. 74 Ability to drive activation calendar and run community events 74 Connected with a large and relevant contact book of influencers. 74 Knowledge expert about the sports community, adidas brand and the respective flagship city. 74 Passion for the Sports and the adidas brand and enthusiasm/energy for activation. 74 Ideas focused, complemented with organizational and project management skills. 74 Creative and innovative. 74 Fluent in local language and proficient English. 74 Knowledgeable in MS Office, good command at PowerPoint.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 74 University degree in marketing and sales or equivalent professional experience. 74 Minimum 3 years of retail and/or retail marketing experience. 74 In-store retail experience is a plus. 74 Experience of relevant PR / marketing / events is an advantage.
