Objective of Job: 61 Lead the development of the accessory consignment project. Manage localization of parts, accessories, remanufactured components, and lubricants for DS, Alfa Romeo, and Jeep brands. Ensure product standards, timeliness, and market competitiveness. Brief Task Description: Accessory Consignment Strategy & Product Sourcing 61 Define product strategies for the consignment project. Select high-potential accessory categories aligned with market demands and brand positioning. 61 Collaborate with Vehicle Planning, Parts Sales, and Purchasing teams to analyze product portfolio performance. Optimize pricing, inventory, and promotion strategies to drive revenue and margin growth. 61 Oversee new product introduction process from supplier qualification and sample evaluation to market launch. Ensure accessories meet market requirements in quality, price, and delivery. Supplier Management & Development 61 Establish and maintain a supplier management system for accessory consignment. Conduct supplier sourcing, qualification, performance evaluation, and relationship management to drive continuous improvement. 61 Collaborate with Purchasing as required to negotiate contracts (MOQ, payment terms, after-sales support) to reduce costs and enhance supply chain efficiency. 61 Lead technical coordination with suppliers to ensure product compatibility, installation standards, and compliance with brand specifications. Resolve technical issues during development. End-to-End Product Development Management 61 Manage localization projects for all Mopar products (parts, accessories, reman, lubricants). Set project timelines and ensure on-time delivery. 61 Drive process implementation through weekly meetings and technical guidance. Monitor quality, cost, and delivery metrics. Mitigate risks (e.g., design changes, supply chain delays). 61 Report project progress to senior management with data-driven analysis to support decision-making. Cross-functional Collaboration & Resource Integration 61 Coordinate with India Engineering and Global HQ for project documentation, technical standard alignment, and global project integration. 61 Collaborate with global parts/accessories teams to localize technical knowledge (installation guides, product features) for dealer training. 61 Lead high-priority technical projects from requirement analysis to market launch. Qualification: 61 Education: BSEE or BSME 61 Experience: 5+ years’ experience in automotive parts & accessory development, 2+ years in supplier management or e-commerce product operations preferred 61 Skills: Strong understanding of automotive accessory market trends. Proficiency in product sourcing, supplier negotiation, and project management. Excel/PPT proficiency with data analysis and reporting capabilities. 61 Collaboration: Excellent cross-functional communication. Fluent English for global collaboration. Project management experience is preferred.
