· Maintain process stability and high level of process robustness be continuously monitoring process parameters and product key characteristics.

Key Responsibilities

· Fixture and tooling maintenance

· Assign repair instructions and support related repair at the production machines

· Parameter set up, adjustment

· Optimizing of the machines and the launch process

· Adherence of cleanness and tidiness at assigned workplace

· Adherence of relevant EHS procedures and guidelines

· Support of the production go-ahead through the quality assurance after optimizing of the production machines

· Documentation of events in the shift book

· Technical support of the operator to solve problems and / or bug fixing

Job Requirements（Education / Qualifications and experience levels）

· College degree or above, major mechanical or Electrical
职高以上学历，机械或电气专业；
· At least 3 years related work experience (automotive industry)
3 年以上相关工作经验(汽车行业)
· Skillful in office software
熟练运用办公软件
· Good communication skill
良好的沟通能力。
· Can program FANUC robots in a simple way.
会FANUC机器人的简单编程。
· Has strong spatial imagination ability，learning and hands-on abilities
有较强的空间想像能力，学习能力和动手能力
· Prior contact with resistance welding equipment and bending equipment is preferred
