Your Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute the regional logistics strategy aligned with global supply chain goals to support scalable and cost-effective growth. 2. Oversee end-to-end logistics operations across China and Asia Pacific, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery performance. 3. Lead cost optimization initiatives by identifying efficiency improvements, leveraging logistics partners, and managing budgets and KPIs. 4. Ensure compliance with regional trade regulations, customs requirements, and sustainability standards across all logistics activities. 5. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as CX, manufacturing, and sales to align logistics planning with business needs. 6. Foster a high-performance logistics team culture, providing leadership, coaching, and professional development to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
