An international commercial and technical consultancy company focused on developing South American and European brands in Asia.

The company is supporting medium size food and beverage companies in their development in Asian markets, by creating and executing the marketing and sales strategies of each product and supervising the sales, marketing, and products within the market.

The Company is looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible to have direct contact with current Chinese customers, manage the increase of their sales with more volume or more products, develop the dispatch plans and coordinate with overseas suppliers, review export documents and post sales matters.

Position: Full-time position as Account Manager
Reporting line: CEO, Business Director
Location: Shanghai, Jing’an


Profile

61 You have over 5 years of working experience in sales, experience in dried fruits, especially familiarity with dried plums, is preferred
61 You have a bachelor’s degree (or above) in marketing, business administration, Spanish or English language or a related field
61 You have experience working in the food and beverage industry
61 You have experience in Dried fruit (Prunes) channel
61 You have strong negotiating and sales skills
61 You have the ability to create and maintain relationships with current and potential customers
61 You are meticulous and detail-oriented
61 You are flexible and proactive
61 You are familiar with working with time zone difference
61 You have great communication and representing skills
61 You have excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Spanish is a plus


Job Description


Main goals:
61 To execute the sales forecast and achieve the goals of each account
61 To manage business accounts (sales and marketing aspects)
61 To work with the overseas supplier teams coordinating operations
61 To grow each account in volume, products and trust
61 To manage the complete sales process from PO, to pre-payment, payments and post sales of each account
Daily Responsibilities
61 To execute sales strategy, achieve sales goals
61 Daily contact with each customer
61 To review weekly the dispatch plan and inform monthly the dispatch plan to suppliers
61 To have weekly meetings with suppliers
61 To support in marketing campaigns that can support increase sales on your accounts
61 To support buyers marketing promotions, price control and activities
61 To present monthly and annual sales results
61 To present the company's products and services at conferences and events
61 To monitor the sales activities of competitors and utilize appropriate ideas
61 Secure large accounts
61 To take care of the post-sales of products
61 To conduct market research of our competing products
