岗位职责: 1.负责主流社交媒体平台策略制定、创意策划及执行。 Responsible for developing strategies, creative planning, and execution across mainstream social media platforms. 2.独立负责完整的品牌种草规划与执行,并对结果负责。 Independently responsible for end-to-end brand seeding planning and execution, with accountability for results. 3.独立负责大区的KOS项目,与大区核心机构建立良好的合作关系。 Independently oversee regional KOS projects, establishing strong collaborative relationships with key regional institutions. 4.负责区域小红书陪跑计划,赋能机构。 Lead regional Xiaohongshu mentorship programs to empower partner institutions. 5.负责品牌新闻及各类稿件的管理运营。 Manage brand press releases and various content operations. 6.负责品牌官方账号的内容规划与运营。 Develop content strategy and manage operations for brand official accounts. 任职要求: 1.本科及以上学历; Bachelor's degree or higher 2.2-4年新媒体运营经验; 2-4 years of experience in digital operations 3.医美或相关行业的工作背景; Background in aesthetics or related industries 4.出色的沟通能力和责任心 Excellent interpersonal communication skills and sense of ownership
