【工作内容】
- 负责初中地理课程的教学工作，包括备课、授课、批改作业等；
- 根据学生的学习情况，制定个性化的教学计划，并实施有效的教学策略；
- 积极参与学校组织的各项教研活动，提升自身的专业素养与教学能力；
- 与学生及家长保持良好沟通，及时反馈学生学习进展，解答家长疑问；
- 定期参加校内外培训，不断更新自己的知识体系，以适应教育改革的需求。
【任职要求】
- 拥有地理学或相关专业的本科及以上学历；
- 具备良好的语言表达能力和课堂管理技巧；
- 热爱教育事业，有耐心、责任心强，愿意长期从事基础教育工作；
- 了解并掌握现代教育技术手段，能够熟练运用多媒体设备进行教学；
- 有教师资格证书者优先考虑。
