工作职责: 83 Work with team (both Performance and Planning teams) to analyze campaign data, develop insights and strategies for campaign optimization. 83 Hands-on operation and optimization on performance campaigns, biddable media, across RTB, search and ecommerce platforms 83 Have a strong knowledge and experience in mathematical statistics, data analysis and data mining, such as Yuntu, Tencent DMP, Databank, etc. 83 Be involved in performance media planning, data analytics, insight learning and post-buy reports of performance campaigns.
任职资格: 83 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, media communications or business administration. Master’s degree is preferred. 83 Bachelors or higher degree. 83 Has a good working ethics as well as professional integrity, and be passionate towards digital/programmatic industry. 83 5+ years professional experience in performance and eCommerce media. 83 Excellent knowledge and skills of Microsoft suites: Excel, Powerpoint and etc. 83 Comfortable with numbers; Good understanding of maths (ideally statistics). 83 Fluency in speaking and writing English. 83 Positive attitude, a good working ethic and can be thrives on challenges.
