Responsibilities: -Identify opportunities in the target key accounts and define the right penetration path. -Work closely with technical team to accumulate understanding on battery anode biner application and product innovation to clearly define “how to win.” -Build multilayer relationship with the key decision makers in the key accounts and set the stage for qualifying Trinseo products and drive commercialization -Work with key accounts and channels in the battery industry to clearly understand key applications, value drivers, size, market trends, value chain players, incumbency products, competitors, expected profitability, qualification and purchasing process, etc. Identify clear opportunities, document, and use as input for account plan. -Establish multilayer relationships with key accounts to set-up the stage for product qualification and commercialization; this includes “vertical relationships” from top to operational level in customers, and “horizontal relationships” across different functions in customers. -Work with technical team on new product development to develop products, performance, and value propositions to provide a “solution” to battery customers. -Work with functional teams to set-up service capabilities to be able to meet customer need. -Work with the global battery team to develop global key accounts. -Manage CDA projects portfolio from creation to product qualification and finally to commercialization. -Establish long term CDA growth pipeline in target segment in alignment to the market plan grow targets. -Timely address and communicate deviations, develop contingencies options. -Deliver growth in target customers in terms of volume, total variable margin, and market share in alignment to the sales and market plan. -Build solid positions at key accounts that excel in target applications to allow for future business expansion.
Qualifications: -University degree above -3+ years either in commercial, marketing and/or other commercial roles in Battery Industry. -Strong commercial skills. -Demonstrated capabilities of key account development. -Demonstrated capabilities in managing through opportunities identification to products commercialization. -Demonstrated capabilities of learning new applications. -Demonstrated high accountability and ownership. -Good team player. -Good communication and presentation skills. -Fluent in both spoken and written English.
