职位：初级跟单员 (Junior Merchandiser)
汇报对象：高级跟单员 (Senior Merchandiser)
核心职责 (Key Responsibilities):
1. 协助高级跟单员执行订单全流程工作
Support Senior Merchandiser in end-to-end order execution
2. 熟悉订单需求及采购流程，具备独立跟单的能力
Familiar with order requirements and purchasing processes; capable of handling follow-up operations independently.
3. 准备发往德国总部的日常包裹及全套随附文件
Prepare daily shipments to German HQ with complete documentation
4. 独立检验各类成衣样品（质量/颜色/工艺），包括：
Conduct independent sample inspections (quality/color/workmanship) including:
o 开发样 (Development samples)
o 产前样 (Pre-production samples)
o 验货样 (EUG samples - 1% bulk inspection)
5. 规范管理办公室样品归档
Maintain organized sample storage system
6. 管理QC验货文件并移交质检团队
Manage QC documentation and handover for bulk inspections
7. 按生产计划及时提交验货申请表至德国团队预约查货
Process and submit booking forms to German teams for inspection as per production schedule
8. 协调检测机构确保及时完成验货
Coordinate with testing institutes for timely inspections
9. 审核装出货文件据并提交德国物流部审批
Verify shipping documents and submit to German logistics for approval
10. 准确编制月度出运订单清单
Prepare accurate monthly commission reports
11. 可以接受短期出差。

附加要求 (Additional Requirements):
需与高级跟单员紧密协作处理订单事务（含企业社会责任相关事项）。当高级跟单员休假/出差/病假时，能够代行其职责。
Work closely with Senior Merchandiser on all order-related matters (including CSR compliance). Assume delegated responsibilities during Senior Merchandiser's absence (leave/business trips).
