● Develop strategic and annual operating plans and lead efforts of a cross-functional team to meet evolving customer and market needs. ● P&L management, responsible for product line P&L, with the combination of sale growth, pricing strategy, mitigate material inflation on supplier management, cost-out and operation related initiatives ( MOE and scrape). ● Execute an assigned PLT or Sub-PLT portfolio management approach to optimize growth and profitability incorporating global approach where logical. ● Product innovation and new product launch, include development and launch (like selling sheet, training deck, selling tools...) , new product sale tracking, middle & long-term product plan, product technical platform build-up, establish good working relationship with cross function team (Technical, SC, Marcom.). ● Go-to-market strategy: work with segment market team to identify end-user market opportunity, work with sale team on converter partnership for product to market and new unmet need. ● Lead customer and internal communication strategy and implementation including advertising, promotions, selling tools, e-marketing campaigns, and lead generation tools. ● Collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales in the development/implementation of service strategies & programs for assigned product line.
Qualifications:
● 8+ years related experience. ● Financial and business acumen with proven track record of results. ● Prior expertise in pressure sensitive label materials/markets or comparable manufacturing industry preferred. ● Experience on product development and product commercialization processes, project leadership and critical thinking ● Sense of market & customer focus, willing to frequent travels. ● Excellent English written and presentation skills, good communication capability internally and externally.
