岗位职责Job Description 1. 加入销售项目团队! Become part of the Sales Project Team! 主动协助销售项目经理,监控项目进度与质量,确保按时交付,助力公司达成销售目标。 Proactively support Sales Project Managers, monitor project progress and quality, ensure on - time project delivery, and help the company achieve sales targets.
2. 主动搭建跨部门沟通桥梁! Take the initiative to build cross-departmental communication bridges! 积极协同销售部、产品部、采购组及质量部成员,以加速新品从开发到交付的流程为目标,及时解决新品开发项目中的各类问题,确保沟通顺畅、结果有效。 Actively coordinating with other members of the Sales Department, Product Management, Procurement Team and Quality Department, Fast new items development to customer delivery is the goal, promptly solve various problems within the new item development projects and ensure smooth communication and results.
3. 与项目相关客户保持紧密联系! Maintain close communication with project related customers! 深入了解客户需求,提供专业的项目相关方案及服务。及时向客户同步进展,同时积极获取更多销售项目信息。 Develop a deep understanding of customers’ needs. Provide professional project-related solutions and services to customers. Keep customers informed and at the same time push for more sales project-related information.
岗位要求 Job Requirement 1. 3-5年销售项目经验,熟悉销售项目及/或新品开发项目流程。 3 - 5 years of sales project experience, familiar with sales projects and/ or new item development projects.
2. 出色的沟通协调能力,能高效统筹部门工作,快速破解项目难题。 Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently coordinate departmental work and quickly solve project related problems.
3. 英语流利,中文沟通能力扎实,确保与国内外客户顺畅沟通。 Fluent in English, strong Chinese communication skills to ensure strong communication with local and overseas customers.
