About the role For the opening on our Product marketing team, we’re looking for a ‘owner’ and ‘doer’, can independently in charge of product line, from product strategy to communication. Someone who’s energetic and proactive. You’re someone who has good knowledge of product and consumer, based on the deep insight of China cosmetic market. Welcoming the challenge may face and combine product key message into variety communication ways: social, visual, media, etc. You are someone with honest and open-minded, generally great with people and eager to learn. You know how to make a best-guess decision and that sometimes it’s better to try and learn and fail than to put off an attempt. You are someone who’s worked in an Agile framework and can write crisp user stories and sharp acceptance criteria in your perspective. You know what a product manager is and isn’t, and crucially, you know how being a product manager differs from being a project manager, a scrum master, a product designer, or an engineer. You love working in Product marketing, and you have great fun doing it!
As an Assistant Product Manager you will - You will fulfil a ‘Product Owner’ role under the Marketing team. - Understanding Brand building and maintaining brand DNA, deploy in product positioning and marketing, manage the marketing rollout plan. - You will own squad backlog/priority and let China’s need been heard by global, closely align to Engineering and Product Design (packaging, formula, positioning etc) - You will be the focal point of wide-range collaboration and advice built on trust. - Responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the digital & social marketing campaign to raise brand awareness and value. - Identify and track consumer and commercial insights and trends. Work with relevant business partners to collect and analyse data. Leverage learnings to inform brand strategies. - Defining the digital communication strategy, including media buy, KOL collaboration, SEO, SEM, demand generation activation, content marketing, EC platform co-op digital activation etc. - Understand or keep learning attitude on social platform and know how to build awareness through KOL seeding, especially on LRB and Douyin. - Supervise and monitor the campaign execution of agency including campaign social and media proposal, buying process, campaign post buy etc. - Develop marketing budgets and expense to maximize the potential for driving the best business KPIs by Benchmark digital marketing programs against competitive and ever evolving landscape to surface best/new practices in the industry.

About you - Strategically influence (sometimes, direct) initiatives on the basis of data and knowledge in-domain. - Experience of managing work in highly volatile scenarios. - Broad knowledge of product development. - Strong teamwork and communication skills.
