职位信息: 1.Understand competitive APAC market and consumer trends to drive our unique Territory product direction, look & feel through class product capsules to Lead & Win in the market. 2.Manage and lead Product Creation end to end process independently from Brief to design, working with internal and external design counterparts from design kick off to final design handover, Design to Cost, Proto review and Fit session to achieve time right proto approach. 3.Identify growth opportunities of assigned territory, big trends and ideas as well as driving global alignment and effectiveness of the assortment across DTC (B&M, ECOM) and DTP (Wholesale & Distributor). 4.Capture local growth opportunities & business gap through partnership with Designers and APAC Product Development teams to create products which fits into Territory seasonal flow and launch plan for each individual distribution channel. 5.Responsible for APAC product creation to hit our sell-in, margin and sell-through targets. 6.Be the Territory team representative to present specific Territory product creative concepts, detail product presentation for DTC, DTP customers during seasonal product launch (i.e. sales meeting). 7.Support Marketing team for the creation of seasonal campaign narrative, key outfits, tonality, mix & match and styling. 13 要求: 1. 5+ years of experience in product creation/merchandising or product design/development; specific in International Outdoor or Sportswear apparel brand. 2. Bachelor of Arts & Design, Merchandising or Product Management preferred. 3. Fluent in English & Mandarin. 4. Strong Apparel product creation (sound experience from International outdoor industry preferred), intensive knowledge in apparel material, trims, garment construction, fits and cost. 5. Strong sense about latest international / local Asia trends, especially in outdoor segment. 6. As a team player, able to work in a matrix organization with cross functional teams. 7. Excellent product presentation skills, proven ability to influence internal and external business partners and customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 8. Ability to play an integral role within a broader cross-functional team, to build consensus, connect department and individual expectations to the company vision, and achieve results across a variety of distinct groups. 9. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines. 10. Understanding of manufacturing process (a plus). 13 上下班时间:9:00-18:00,周末双休
