We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support our Regional Finance Director in overseeing financial operations, analysis, and strategic planning for our client account. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis (Client and Corporate JLL) Assist in overseeing and coordinating annual budget setting and forecasting cycles Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data Prepare financial reports for management and clients
Client Relationship Management Support the Regional Finance Director in managing client relationships Ensure delivery of financial services in line with contractual requirements Work with clients to manage total costs and identify savings opportunities
Invoice Payment & Processing Oversee and ensuring: Processing and payment of all property operating expenditure invoices, in accordance with legal obligations Accountable for the timely coordination of the Jones Lang LaSalle invoice processing and monitoring the accounts receivable Working with the team / Shared Service Centre and operations team to meet client deliverables
Process Improvement and Compliance Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency Ensure appropriate financial controls are in place and maintained Support the development and maintenance of financial policies and procedures Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and audit requirements
Others Support any financial evaluation and decision-making Contribute to creating a collaborative work environment And other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in client relationship management Knowledge of regulatory/statutory requirements and governance principles Experience working in a multi-country or regional organization is a plus Background in real estate or facilities management is advantageous Japanese or Korean speaking would be advantage
