Tender Preparation: 61 Lead the preparation of tender documents, including specifications, terms and conditions, and evaluation criteria. 61 Ensure all tender documents are accurate, complete, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. 61 Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to develop comprehensive and competitive tender submissions. 3. Tender Submission: 61 Manage the submission process, ensuring all documents are submitted on time and in the correct format. 61 Coordinate with external suppliers and partners to gather necessary information and documentation. 61 Ensure all submissions are reviewed and approved by relevant internal stakeholders. 4. Tender Evaluation: 61 Lead the evaluation process, ensuring all submissions are assessed fairly and consistently against predefined criteria. 61 Conduct detailed analysis of tender responses to identify the most suitable suppliers. 61 Prepare evaluation reports and recommendations for senior management. 5. Contract Award and Negotiation: 61 Negotiate contract terms and conditions with selected suppliers to ensure the best possible deal for the company. 61 Manage the contract award process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and signed. 61 Facilitate the transition from tender to contract management. 6. Compliance and Reporting: 61 Ensure all tender activities comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. 61 Maintain accurate records of all tender activities and documentation. 61 Prepare regular reports on tender progress and outcomes for senior management. 7. Stakeholder Management: 61 Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including project managers, technical experts, and senior management. 61 Communicate effectively with external suppliers and partners to ensure a smooth tender process. 61 Provide training and support to internal teams on tender processes and best practices.
