Main Responsibilities: - Design and produce social assets including, but not limited to, wechat weekly posts, weibo layouts and covers, paid media assets. - Deliver creative design solutions for all store collaterals: ie. windows’s layouts, internal display materials, catalogues etc. - Adapt artworks for offline Adv such as paid print and outdoor. - Secure that each brand identity, typography, look&feel, colors etc. are translated in all deliverables and, if needed, improve existing design to match local market needs. - Perform design/creative researches, analyze trends and pro-actively participate in creative brainstorms regarding content creations and shootings. - Monitor and report any evidence arising from design choices. - Support design-related requests from various teams including corporate or ecom deliverables. Key qualifications: - Bachelor or above in Design-related majors. - Ability to operate Mac and expert in Adobe CS5, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver. - Video editing e digital design (Premier e AfterEffects) basic knowledge - At least 1 year working experiences in creative agencies/private companies/international groups and/or as freelance. If in fashion companies it will count as a plus. - Passionate about visual design both online and for physical stores - Detail-oriented and with performant in terms of time management - Friendly, outgoing & optimistic personality. Plus hard working and proactive. - Strong interpersonal communication and teamworking skills. - Native Chinese speaker and confident in English, both verbal and written. - Excited to collaborate and learn within a team of cross-disciplinary marketers
