What you’ll do

Packaging design and optimization: responsible for packaging structure design, includes new products, cost reduction projects and quality improvements on existing package.

Packaging project development and management : Manage complete packaging development process for multiple packaging initiatives including new packaging designs, changes, and process.

Packaging Test and improvement : Participate in packaging test and make improvements according to the test results to improve the reliability and durability of packaging.

Document preparation and update : Prepare the packaging structure file, and timely update the file and related data to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information.

Cross-function collaboration : Work with Marketing, PMO, R&D, quality and other departments to solve problems in the packaging process and improve production efficiency.

Cost saving : Generate ideas and deliver cost savings every year.

Process optimization: Initiating and implementing of process improvements.

Your qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above; Packaging design, industrial design, mechanical design and other related majors.

1-3 years of relevant work experience in Packaging Engineering for Consumer electronics, home appliances, Industrial products or related industry.

Good knowledge of packaging materials, printing and packaging manufacturing process.

Strong team spirit, can infect the team members through their positive energy and positive actions, improve the overall vitality and cohesion of the team.

Technical skills in packaging problem analysis and solving.

Good communication skills, including fluency in English (verbal and written).

Project management skill.

Proficient in CAD, Adobe AI, office and other related drawing software.
