Job Responsibility 1. Being available & handling all inquiries professionally, providing good customer response & support in terms of information providing, introducing Cognex’s products & solutions, and finding the right person for customer’s request from o Inbound Chat o Inbound Call 2. Qualification of all inbound leads from Salesforce within 1 business day, with target in achieving opportunities creation by pushing for appointments through site visits or product demonstration
o Understanding different marketing channels: tradeshow, seminar, web form and utilizing the information to sell and convince customers for Cognex products & solutions.
o Consolidating useful information such as company name, company address, mobile number, job title into the lead before passing to field sales engineer
o Uncovering customers’ needs such as project requirements, problems faced, Part number for replacements so Field Sales can easily work on the next stops
3. Prompt response to day-to-day operations and flexibility in adapting to different environments, campaigns and changes.
Qualification: 1. Competent in telephonic communications and strong sales skill. 2. Strong insight into the customer needs, as well as ability to research the market and customer to create new opportunities. 3. Minimum 1 years working experience as inside sales or relevant position in international company. 4. Priority at computer skills and Salesforce tool. 5. A good team player, is able to work under pressure and excited about challenges and wants to continually learn. 6. Good understanding of sales process, familiar with industrial or automation products, experience of selling technical products is a plus. 7. Experience of vision or ID industry is a plus 8. Able to work independently remotely. 9. Ability to converse in mainly Japanese with customers and English for regular meetings
