About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Controller, Asia Pacific Region to support our APAC operations. This role will work closely with the Regional CFO and business unit leaders to drive financial performance, support strategic planning, and provide actionable insights that contribute to sustainable growth across the region.

Job Responsibilities:

61 Partner with the Regional CFO to oversee and analyze trading performance across APAC countries.
61 Act as a strategic advisor to business unit heads, offering financial insights to support decision-making and business development.
61 Contribute to the development and execution of regional strategic plans.
61 Lead and coordinate the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
61 Monitor and drive performance through financial and non-financial KPIs.
61 Support the APAC CFO on ad hoc regional finance initiatives and special projects.


Job Requirements:

61 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA qualification required.
61 Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
61 Prior experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is highly preferred.
61 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen business acumen.
61 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial systems is a plus.
61 Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
61 Collaborative team player with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across functions and cultures.
