Job Title: Junior Commissioning Coordinator 船舶发动机项目协调员 Report to: Commissioning Coordinator Supervisor Responsibilities: 61 Coordinates and schedules field commissioning operations and Sea Trials for company Projects. 61 Plan and optimize team resource allocation, maintains accurate scheduling for commissioning and records of field commissioning activities, including resource allocation. 61 Acting as key contact person for the customer during the work order, interact with relevant internal (Other company teams) & external stakeholders. 61 Monitors field commissioning activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols, commissioning standards, and operational processes as well as customer policies, guidelines and regulations. 61 Support the resolution of non-conformities identified during the commissioning and trials. 61 Coordinate and assists in the resolution of technical and operational issues, providing support and guidance to field commissioning personnel. 61 Review and approve the daily reports & final documentation prepared by the commissioning the engineers before and after the jobs. 61 Implement commissioning follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and obtaining positive feedback, maintaining commissioning KPI's. 61 Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing enhancements to field commissioning processes. 61 Strictly follow work and safety instructions. 61 Report near-misses and hazard observation and follow-up for their resolution. 61 Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor. Requirements: 61 Minimal 3 years’ experience in relevant field of service, commissioning coordination and/or project management. 61 Capable to work in team and autonomously. Capability to adjust and re-plan in dynamic situations. 61 Technical understanding or background and general knowledge of 4-Stroke Engine. 61 Good level in English (both written and spoken) is required for smooth communication with internal and external customers. 61 Reporting and analyzing skills. Basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis knowledge. 61 Good organizational and communication skills with internal and external customers. 61 Strong commitment to delivering excellent service by means of negotiation skills and customer understanding. 61 Capability to work under pressure and follow multiple projects simultaneously 61 Be proactive, curious, solution driven, cooperative, initiative, positive, flexible.
