- Develop and implement tenant engagement strategies tailored for office users, including seasonal campaigns, weekday activation programs, and cross-promotions with the mall to enhance tenant satisfaction and loyalty. - Coordinate and execute CRM activities such as giveaways, appreciation events, wellness workshops, and exclusive privileges for office tenants and their employees. - Act as the key liaison between office tenants and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication, effective feedback collection, and timely issue resolution. - Manage and analyze tenant data to support targeted communications, improve CRM effectiveness, and enhance overall tenant experience. - Plan and execute marketing and communication campaigns for new office projects, including pre-leasing initiatives, branding, digital content, and public relations. - Drive digital engagement initiatives by managing content on internal and external platforms and exploring new digital tools that enhance tenant interaction. - Collaborate with agencies and partners to deliver joint marketing and CRM initiatives; manage vendor performance and ensure quality delivery within scope and budget. - Ensure all communication materials (e.g., eDMs, posters, announcements) are well-written, visually aligned, and consistently delivered in both English and Chinese.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements: - Degree in Marketing, Communications, Customer Relationship Management, or a related discipline - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management, tenant engagement, or marketing; experience in office or mixed-use commercial projects is preferred - Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills; able to manage and implement multiple initiatives independently - Solid understanding of corporate client needs and tenant service workflows, with proven ability in maintaining strong tenant relationships - Experience in planning and executing CRM or membership programs tailored for office tenants (e.g., weekday giveaways, tenant-exclusive campaigns, seasonal engagement activities) - Capable of cross-functional collaboration with retail, operations, and marketing teams to develop and deliver joint CRM initiatives between office tenants and the mall - Proficient in managing and analyzing customer data to develop targeted engagement and communication strategies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese; able to draft client briefs, event proposals, and communication materials independently - Proficient in standard office software with strong time management and attention to detail - Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, with a positive and solution-driven mindset
