- 管理与分包商、供应商及加工厂的关系，确保生产过程高质量、顺畅、高效、具成本效益且可靠。
- 向各部门主管提供整体营运方向和指导。
- 统筹各团队的工作分配与职责，提升整体工作效率。
- 管理团队内部人际关系，营造和谐、积极、具凝聚力的团队氛围。
- 培训新员工，确保其顺利融入团队并明确职责分工。
- 透过结构化方法和绩效指标推动持续改善计划和卓越营运。
- 负责材料采购成本优化，通过供应商谈判、比价招标及战略合作，降低采购成本，确保质量达标。
- 监控供应链全流程成本，分析物流、仓储及项目损耗，制定降本方案，提升利润率。
- 建立动态成本管控体系，跟踪市场行情（如玻璃等价格波动），及时调整采购策略。
- 根据管理层的指示，协助执行临时项目和相关任务。

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in the preparation of important policy, planning, and strategic decisions for JSL operations.

- Ensure JSL operations function systematically, efficiently, and effectively across all departments.

- Provide technical expertise to assist other departments and group companies in resolving order-related issues.

- Lead and oversee the QS, SA, Drafting, and Project Management teams.

- Manage relationships with sub-contractors, suppliers, and fabricators to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and reliable production processes.

- Provide strategic direction and operational guidance to all Heads of Department (HODs).

- Oversee work distribution and responsibilities across teams to optimize productivity and accountability.

- Foster a harmonious and motivated team environment by managing interpersonal relationships and promoting a collaborative culture.

- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring smooth integration and clear role definition.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence through structured methodologies and performance metrics.

- Responsible for optimizing material procurement costs62by negotiating with suppliers, conducting price comparisons and tenders, and establishing strategic partnerships to reduce purchasing expenses while ensuring quality standards are62met.

- Monitor end-to-end supply chain costs, analyze logistics, warehousing, and project-related losses, and develop cost-reduction strategies to improve profit62margins.

- Establish a dynamic cost control system62by tracking market trends (e.g., fluctuations in glass prices) and adjusting procurement strategies in a timely manner.

- Assist in the execution of ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
