We are seeking a motivated Power Electronics Engineer to design, develop, and implement power electronics converters. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using design software to create circuit diagrams and system layouts, and have a deep understanding of electrical power systems, control theory, and analog and digital electronics. Responsibilities: · Design and develop power electronics converter for DC microgrid application such as Interlink Converter (AC/DC) and Battery Storage (DC/DC). · Perform feasibility studies and design evaluations to ensure system functionality and reliability. · Create system specifications and technical drawings using design software. · Conduct simulations and tests to verify the performance of designed systems. · Collaborate with embedded software engineers to develop control strategies for power converters. · Assist in the creation of technical specifications, reports, and documentation for power converter. · Research and implement new technologies to improve system efficiency and reliability. · Ensure compliance with electrical standards and regulations. · Collaborate with other engineers and teams to integrate power electronics into overall system designs. · Resolve any issues or malfunctions that may occur during design verification.
Qualifications: · Bachelor's or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. · Proficiency in design software (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, PSpice). · Strong understanding of power electronics principles and components. · Experience with circuit design and analysis. · Knowledge of control theory and embedded systems. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. · Strong communication skills for technical documentation and reporting.
