岗位职责：
1、5年以上研发团队管理经验，能对10人左右的研发团队，进行工作任务的合理安排，确保项目的如期推进，在过程中能及时发现风险并进行管控和排除。
2、擅长以下某一领域内的机械结构设计：医疗器械/设备、机器人、两轮电动车、汽车内外饰、通信、新能源、智能交通/航空、消费类3C、金融设备等行业。
3、机械设计原理、机械制图基础、材料特性、加工工艺、模具相关知识扎实。
4、制定科学合理的新产品开发进度表，并按期实施。输出完整的产品设计文档。
5、根据客户要求进行老产品更新迭代、工艺改良及派生设计变更。
6、良好的英语沟通能力。

Job Responsibilities:
1.With more than 5 years of experience in R&D team management, capable of reasonably arranging work tasks for a R&D team of about 10 people, ensuring the project progresses on schedule, and promptly identifying, controlling, and eliminating risks during the process.

2.Expertise in mechanical structure design in one of the following fields: medical devices/equipment, robotics, two-wheeled electric vehicles, automotive interior and exterior trims, communications, new energy, intelligent transportation/aerospace, consumer 3C, financial equipment, etc.
3.Solid knowledge of mechanical design principles, basic mechanical drawing, material properties, processing technology, and mold-related knowledge.
4.Formulate a scientific and reasonable new product development schedule and implement it on schedule. Output complete product design documents.
5.Carry out old product updates and iterations, process improvements, and derivative design changes according to customer requirements.
6.Good English communication skills.
