85 Experience in managing direct materials categories of Biopharma (e.g. reagents, consumables, CMO/CDMO services).
85 Have professional knowledge and experience in biology, pharmacokinetics, and the animal industry.
85 Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all functions and levels of the organization.
85 Acumen business sense and industry searching / analysis skills
85 Good project management and problem solving abilities
85 Advanced Excel; Proficient in procurement platforms and ERP systems (SAP, Ariba, Oracle)

85 Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies （e.g., Biological reagents, Experimental animals, Laboratory services）
85 Collaborate with the Purchasing Team/ Business Stakeholders to manage Biology/ Animal Category Sourcing Projects to meet business requirement and achieve annualized spending optimization target.
85 Lead the full sourcing lifecycle. Identify business needs, conduct RFx processes, perform supplier evaluation, negotiate with single or multiple suppliers and manage contract execution.
85 Establish and maintain strong strategic partnerships to ensure stable supply of core materials for the laboratory.
85 Collaborate with the purchasing manager to conduct market trend analysis in the Biology Field, introduce new technologies/products/suppliers to establish a procurement platform suitable for the company's development.
