Responsibilities：
Financial Reporting & Analysis
61 Deliver accurate, consistent, and timely financial analysis and reporting while managing operational accounting functions including transaction processing, journal entry review and compliance with reporting requirements
61 Prepare comprehensive monthly management reporting packages for leadership
61 Monitor financial reporting processes to ensure strict adherence to group guidelines
61 Respond promptly to financial inquiries from local management and Group with thorough analysis
61 Provide support to other functions for dealing with local government activities and inquires, ensuring compliance and proper documentation
Audit & Compliance
· Support PRC and group audit requirements to ensure accurate disclosures and compliance
· Maintain robust internal controls including SOX compliance to align with corporate accounting and operational policies to mitigate risks and achieve operational and financial objectives
· Actively maintain compliance standards and support internal audit initiatives, and continuous process improvement efforts
Business Partnership & Decision Support
· Collaborate with the management team to enable data-driven business decisions through insightful financial analysis
· Support group operational initiatives and projects with financial expertise
· Provide current financial estimates to group finance, diligently monitor financial performance, and offer strategic recommendations
· Deliver financial training to new and existing staff as needed
Budgeting & Forecasting
· Play an integral role in budgeting and forecasting processes
· Partner with budgeting teams to ensure completion of high-quality budgets and forecasts
Additional Responsibilities
· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications：
· Bachelor Degree or above, Medical /Medicine/commercial/marketing major will be preferred；
· In depth knowledge and at least 5 years of experience in marketing management in pharmaceutical industry
· Good at PRC,US GAAP, IFRS and GAAP difference
· Working experience in MNC, oncology is preferred
· Full of passion and self-motivated
· Fluent in English
