The AJINGA Junior Client Success Consultant will be part of our Operations and Consulting Team, helping support business growth through high-quality client service and consulting in the HR tech space. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in human resources and talent acquisition, particularly in the fast-growing field of recruiting technology. You will work closely with clients who use the AJINGA platform, supporting them through system implementation, post-launch hypercare, and ongoing monthly needs such as user onboarding, training, platform usage guidance, and data reporting.

Specific areas of focus include:
- Deliver client service and consulting support. - Support Client Success Consultants generate and deliver monthly client reports; - Support Client Success Consultants collect, analyze and report on their CRM campaigns and candidate preferences; - Support the Sales team prepare for sales presentations and meetings with industry insights, provide input in the solution development process and use the AJINGA tools to set up client demos and tests.
