JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
61 Manage allocation of merchandise to DC across the Greater China Region, ensuring optimal inventory levels and alignment with sales forecast 61 Manage allocation, replenishment and rebalance of merchandise to stores in Mainland China on weekly basis, monitoring the balance between sales and inventory for best sellers and slow movers. 61 Collaborate with merchandising, planning, and store operation teams to develop effective allocation strategies. 61 Monitor and adjust allocation plans based on market trends, promotional activities, and seasonal differentiations. 61 Initiate allocation related reports to analyze sales performance, inventory turn, and customers demand to make data-driven allocation decisions. 61 Ad hoc management on new store opening, sample transfer and brand events preparation.
SKILLS and WORK EXPERIENCE: 61 Bachelor's Degree or above 61 3-5 years’ planning, allocation experience in the retail industry 61 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 61 Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proactive, ambitious, flexible, and entrepreneurial 61 Deep understanding of retail math and inventory optimization techniques 61 Strong prioritization and organizational skills 61 Proficient in Excel and other MS software 61 Fluent in Mandarin and English
