Responsibilities
61 Visit key customers and make right products introduction and recommendation for allnex paint application, mainly focus on coatings of industrial WOOD coatings, to update information via monthly report and seek for feedback
61 Support product launch: develop formulation and sales tools (e.g. products brochures, SPF, evaluated reports) to ensure successful introduction of the defined products
61 Develop start point formulation based on allnex application paint resins system, make application test and submit detailed report
61 Raise R&D request of segments industrial coatings, lead the application test and marketing of new products in related segments
61 Provide technical support to customers on technical related issues and assist to support to define customer need
61 In conjunction with the Sales team specify and deliver appropriate technical support for key customers, through a mixture of detailed technical and commercial knowledge

Required skills and experience
61 Very good written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.
61 At least 8 years UV paint or resins working experience , experience in UV department of large sized wood or parquet coating manufacturers is an advantage.
61 Project management skills is must.
61 Familiar with UV paint formulation designing and application test, experience in other UV segments is an advantage.

Qualifications
61 Bachelor degree in organic, polymer chemistry, with affinity for and practical experience on the preparative side.
