Mission:
使命:

- Together with Sales Director, defining the strategy, policies and business objectives of their department and participating in defining the management plan for TS business unit as part of the Sales Committee.
They establish the annual objectives and action plans for the accounts which they are allocated.
与销售总监一起制定部门战略、政策和业务目标,并作为销售委员会的一部分参与定义燃气安全业务部门的管理计划。制定相应的大客户年度目标和行动计划。

Main Responsibilities:

- Sales Plan: Preparing the annual Sales Plan and the monthly forecasts.Monitoring and controlling them and proposing the necessary corrective measures.
销售计划:准备年度销售计划和月度预测。监测和控制它们并提出必要的纠正措施

- Sales & Marketing:Meeting sales targets, visiting clients, analyzing needs, controlling the level of quality of products and services and managing clients’ incidents, queries and requests.
销售和营销:满足销售目标,拜访客户,分析客户需求,控制产品和服务的质量水平,并管理客户的查询和其他需求。

- Non-payment control:Controlling time delays in collecting payments by performing the appropriate monitoring and taking the necessary corrective measures.
未付款控制:通过执行适当的监控并采取必要的纠正措施来控制收款的时间延迟。

- Product-market monitoring: Monitoring competitors and the market, identifying needs and new opportunities.Managing relationships with clients, ensuring that they have as much up-to-date knowledge about them as possible.
产品市场监控:监控竞争对手和市场,识别需求和新机会。管理与客户的关系,确保他们拥有尽可能多的最新产品知识。

- Continuous improvement:Developing mechanisms and procedures that increase client satisfaction, in line with the business objectives.
持续改进:根据业务目标,开发提高客户满意度的机制和程序。

- Committees:Leading and/or actively participating in improvement meetings and/or meetings to resolve problems, and in any Committees deemed necessary.

- Sales Committee and Management Plan:Participating in the Sales Committee, taking part in the preparation of the plan for the unit.Preparing the management plan and expenditure budget for their department and monitoring and controlling them and proposing the necessary corrective measures.
销售委员会和管理计划:参加销售委员会,参与制定单位的计划。为他们的部门准备管理和支出预算,并对其进行监控和控制,并提出必要的纠正措施。

- Academic background: Bachelor’s degree +
学历背景:本科学历及以上

- Experience: 8+ Sales experience, familiar with to B clients management, deep understanding on local business environment & culture.
工作经验:8年以上大客户管理经验,熟悉 to B大客户销售管理,对民企的生态环境和工作文化较为了解,有对接的经验。

- Business Travel: Flexible on business travel according to business requests.
商务出差:可根据业务需求灵活进行出差。

备注:工作地点可设苏州,昆山或杭州
